Solicitations previously issued by the MIRA Dissolution Authority are closed when an award is made or when the Authority cancels the solicitation without award.

The closed Solicitations are classified in accordance with the Authority’s new mission to continue MIRA’s Ongoing Waste Transfer Operations, to wind down MIRA’s operations in an orderly and responsible manner including the marketing and sale of its Surplus Property and Facilities, and to identify the immediate environmental needs and knowledge necessary for Future Redevelopment in South Meadows.  Additional Solicitations are undertaken for the General Administration of the Authority.  Solicitations are listed chronologically within each category starting with the most recently closed and all associated documents are linked.

The linked documents include the complete Solicitation Package Document (in PDF format), any Addenda that have been issued for that solicitation, and various forms are also provided in Word/Excel format.

Within each solicitation below is a schedule that shows when the award recommendation was scheduled to be brought to the Board of Directors for approval.  For information about awardees, view the respective Board Of Directors package, available here.
