The MIRA Dissolution Authority competitively procures goods and services primarily by issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Bids (RFBs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), collectively “Solicitations”.  Solicitations are classified in accordance with the Authority’s new mission to continue MIRA’s Ongoing Waste Transfer Operations, to wind down MIRA’s operations in an orderly and responsible manner including the marketing and sale of its Surplus Property and Facilities, and to identify the immediate environmental needs and knowledge necessary for Future Redevelopment in South Meadows.  Additional Solicitations are undertaken for the General Administration of the Authority.  Solicitations are listed chronologically within each category starting with the most recently posted and all associated documents are linked.  The linked documents include the complete Solicitation Package Document (in PDF format), any Addenda that have been issued for that solicitation, and various forms are also provided in Word/Excel format.
